ABOUT ME:
I believe that people of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities can enjoy movement and learn more about their bodies through pilates. And I mean it when I say ALL shapes, sizes, ages and abilities. Our bodies are amazing tools - Let’s start appreciating what they can do!
As a body positive, gender affirming teacher with ten years of training experience, I want to help people reach their personal goals whether it be flexibility, coordination, balance, strength training, or even de-stressing after a long week! I’m here to help you reach your full potential and feel great.
WHY I’M SPECIAL
I have a lot of experience working with people post PT as well as with clients with limited mobility, balance issues or back injury. I follow all Osteoporosis, Osteopenia and Spondylosis protocols for your safety. I care about my clients, have great intuition, and can modify your workout so you’ll feel safe and confident.
I live in Ann Arbor, Michigan and currently work in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I can’t wait to start working with you!

ABOUT ME:
I started doing Pilates in 2021 after being diagnosed with PTSD to help me move my body. Before doing Pilates I was constantly anxious and would find ways to help me move but nothing stuck like Pilates did. I currently teach mat and reformer classes, and offer privates as well!
WHY I’M SPECIAL:
My goal as an instructor is help every client feel more grounded in their bodies, provide a healthy outlet for stress and anxiety, and provide a safe space for people to show up as themselves.

ABOUT ME:
Movement is an essential part of being human. Let’s find the joy in it together! As your Pilates trainer I bring a wealth of knowledge from my studies for an evidence-based approach. My method includes the application of the book knowledge combined with each client’s needs. I have been on many journeys through life including pregnancy, rehabilitation, and trauma recovery. More often than not, I bring my personal experience to enhance not only my knowledge, but my ability to relate and empathize with your specific situation.
WHY I’M SPECIAL:
I do not have a cookie cutter approach. Each client has specific needs and they are addressed individually with an empathetic touch. I approach the human body with curiosity and treat every body as a unique system – because it is! Everyone is distinct and my specialty is addressing specific imbalances that cause pain and compensatory patterns that affect your quality of life.
I live and work in Ann Arbor, MI. My hours are currently limited due to preparation for Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Michigan.
